Dallas/Plano Marriott At Legacy Town Center Hotel, Plano

This hotel offers a lovely environment with a picturesque location near shops and restaurants, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff were highlights of my stay. However, some aspects like the room service and menu options were disappointing, and I found the room's lack of some basic amenities, like complimentary water, to be frustrating. Despite its strengths, some service interactions left a lot to be desired.
